Workstations for Enscape
Enscape uses a single graphics card, so that card sets the pace. We size these machines on GPU memory first, with fast clocks for the CAD application running alongside.
What matters for Enscape
- One GPU with enough memory for your largest models
- High CPU clock speed, mainly for Revit or your host CAD application
- Enough system memory for the host application and Enscape together
- Fast NVMe storage for projects and assets
Enscape renders on the graphics card and uses only one card, even when more are fitted (Enscape system requirements). That makes the single GPU the main decision. The floor is 4GB of VRAM, and 12 to 16GB is a safe range for most users, so our Standard build starts at 16GB. The processor is not a major factor because Enscape is largely single-threaded, though high clock speeds avoid bottlenecks. In practice the host application, usually Revit, sets the real CPU and memory need. Most users need 32GB of system memory, and 64GB suits very large projects or heavy multitasking. The range therefore steps up in GPU memory: 16GB, 24GB, 48GB and finally 96GB for very large federated models. Beyond that, a second GPU, more cores or a Threadripper platform add nothing for Enscape, so larger teams add seats rather than bigger machines. Enscape runs on 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.

Frequently asked questions
No. Enscape uses only one GPU even when several are installed, and SLI is not supported (Enscape system requirements). Put the budget into a single card with more memory instead.
The floor is 4GB, at least 8GB is advisable, and 12 to 16GB is a safe range for most users. Every configuration here starts at 16GB, with 24GB, 48GB and 96GB options for larger models.
We found no certification programme for Enscape. AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards are supported; Intel integrated graphics are not (Enscape system requirements). We fit NVIDIA RTX PRO cards across this range, which also suit Revit and other CAD work.
Standard suits students and smaller projects. Heavy is the everyday choice for professionals, with a 24GB card and 128GB of memory. Studio adds a 48GB card and 256GB for large federated models. Team gives the most GPU memory we offer for Enscape, for the largest models and highest-resolution output.
Yes. Press Customise and the configurator opens with this build already selected. You can change any part except the chassis, such as more storage or more memory, and the price updates as you go.
