Supply Chain Ethics
Renderboxes works only with trusted suppliers and distributors who share our commitment to ethical conduct. Our supply chain includes UK-based and international providers of PC components, packaging materials, logistics, and software.
We require suppliers to:
- Comply with all local and international labour laws
- Prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or child labour
- Maintain safe and fair working conditions
- Respect workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining
-
Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
While Renderboxes is a small business not legally required to publish a full modern slavery report, we take voluntary steps to assess and reduce risks within our supply chain:
- We maintain open communication with key suppliers regarding labour practices
- We review supplier conduct during onboarding
- We prioritise working with companies who are transparent about their ethical policies
-
Training & Awareness
Relevant members of our team are briefed on the risks of modern slavery and the importance of ethical procurement. As our business grows, we are committed to expanding internal awareness and formalising supplier assessments.
-
Reporting Concerns
Anyone with concerns about potential breaches of this policy, within Renderboxes or our supply chain, is encouraged to report them in confidence to: servicedesk@renderboxes.com.
